Kristeen LaBrot-Widmyer is the founder and creative director of Cat & Tiger, a design house specializing in elevated event design and visual branding. She began her career in wedding planning in 2008 and quickly recognized a gap between logistics and aesthetics — events were well run, but visually forgettable. That gap became her lane.

Today, Kristeen designs visual identities for weddings, mitzvahs and brands, blending graphic design, art history, and a sharp editorial eye. ​Her designs and events have been featured by Style Me Pretty, Green Wedding Shoes, Inside Weddings, The Knot, Town & Country, Us Weekly, The Hollywood Reporter, and California Wedding Day.

 

Kristeen holds a degree in Advertising and Art History from the University of Florida and is based in Southern California. She lives in Valley Village with her husband, two sons and four rescue cats.
